Developer: Joshua RecinosJoshua Recinos (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Water Eject mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.1. Information Water Eject HandlesWater Eject does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, or payment-card information.Distributed Release builds running on physical devices use TelemetryDeck for product analytics. Debug builds and Simulator builds do not send analytics to the production TelemetryDeck destination.Analytics information may include:- App interactions, feature usage, clearing-session outcomes, paywall interactions, and purchase or restore outcomes.
- App version, build number, operating-system version, device model and architecture, screen characteristics, language, region, time zone, and selected accessibility settings.
- A random identifier created for the current app process, first-session classification, and current Pro entitlement state.
- A vendor-scoped device identifier that TelemetryDeck hashes before transmission so events from the same app installation can be analyzed together.
- For Pro purchase and restore events, the product identifier, outcome, and the app screen or offer that initiated the action.Water Eject does not send StoreKit transaction identifiers, purchase receipts, payment-card details, audio recordings, or microphone recordings to TelemetryDeck.2. How We Use InformationWe use analytics information to:- Understand whether app features work as intended.
- Measure completion of the free Speaker Test, Speaker Check, Deep Clean, purchase, and restore journeys.
- Identify reliability or usability problems.
- Improve app design and product decisions.Analytics information is not used for advertising or to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.3. Audio ProcessingWater Eject generates audio locally on your device. The app’s Clarity Test is a user-listened comparison and does not diagnose speaker damage or analyze microphone input. Generated audio is not uploaded or transmitted as analytics.4. PurchasesPurchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may provide Water Eject with verified purchase and entitlement status so the app can unlock Pro features or restore a prior purchase. We do not receive your payment-card information.Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and applicable App Store terms.5. Service ProvidersTelemetryDeck processes analytics information on our behalf. TelemetryDeck receives the analytics information described above so we can measure app usage and improve Water Eject.We do not sell personal information and do not share analytics information with advertising networks or data brokers.6. Data Retention and SecurityAnalytics information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the analytics purposes described in this policy, subject to our TelemetryDeck account settings and applicable legal obligations.We use reasonable safeguards and limit analytics to information needed for product measurement. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.7. Children’s PrivacyWater Eject is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request names, contact information, account information, or other directly identifying information from children.If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.8. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s practices or legal requirements change.
